AGENCIES & RECRUITERS

Tech Data occasionally supplements internal recruiting resources with professional recruiting agencies. Agencies and recruiters that would like to establish relationships with Tech Data are required to work directly with our Human Resources Talent Acquisition department. The following requirements must be met:
  • Candidate submissions must be submitted to Tech Data’s Talent Acquisition team
  • Prior to submitting candidates, a signed agreement must be in place
  • The recruiter must be invited (through Tech Data’s Applicant Tracking System) before candidates can be reviewed

Tracking System to work a specific position will candidates be reviewed All three of the above conditions must be met to establish a relationship that will result in the payment of Agency Fees.
